Elanco are seeking an additional team members to join our fantastic QCL team. Our QCL Analysts report into the QCP Manager and play a pivotal role in providing specialist support; safely performing analyses of materials, utilities/EM and stability samples to cGMP, regulatory, customer and Elanco requirements.
What you will do as a QCL Analyst / Laboratory Technician at Elanco
• Maintain laboratory and supporting areas in compliance with EHS and cGMP re-quirements
• Chemical and/or microbial based analyses of purchased and manufactured materi-als, utilities/EM, stability samples and non-routine samples.
• Report and approve results, placing data into systems in a timely manner
• Perform all aspects of sample handling
• Upon authorisation: perform second person verification of data
• Keep a keen eye on KPIs and SLA’s, escalating to supervisors when required
• Conduct equipment calibrations, maintenance and IQ/QQ that you are trained to perform
• Train and support others members of the team to achieve functional objectives
• Assist the QCL Scientist/Equipment group with analytical investigations, testing, fault finding and troubleshooting
• When trained to do so; purchase standards/reagents/consumables

Essential Criteria for the role of QCL Analyst / Laboratory Technician at Elanco
• Degree level education in science field of study or at least 3 years relevant hands-on experience
Desirable Criteria for the role of QCL Analyst / Laboratory Technician at Elanco
• Previous experience of working at an upper tier COMAH site
