What you will do as an EC&I Technician at Elanco, Liverpool

  • Work as a core member of the site maintenance team, providing critical support to operations during core and non core hours
  • Work a shift rotation of 4 on 6 off / x2 12 hour days, then x2 12 hour nights
  • Carry out maintenance and repair of electrical, control and instrumentation equipment across all manufacturing locations onsite
  • Adhere to all cGMP, Engineering, Environmental and EHS standards at all times
  • Carry out reactive and proactive maintenance plans
  • Isolation and de-isolation of 3.3KV equipment
  • Fault finding on 415 vac equipment
  • Fault finding and calibration to GMP standards on pressure, temperature, flow, pH, humidity etc
  • Respond to the interrogation of Fire alarm systems and support any any urgent matters
  • Problem solving, using diagnostics, tools and own skills and expertise
  • Provide Technical support to shift leaders and facilitate decision making
  • Where skilled, train and empower other team members
  • Complete all required documentation, eg CMMS, work orders and store requisitions
  • Assist wit the installation and upgrading of plant equipment
  • Contribute toward the workshop area, ensuring safe working practices
  • Execute all works in line with the highest standard of safety in mind
  • Utilise company IT systems required to complete the role
  • Participate in the Elanco culture and be a brand advocate

What you will need to be a EC&I Technician at Elanco , Liverpool

  • Recognised relevant qualification. eg Recognised apprenticeship and obtained a NVQ level 3, ONC or HNC qualification in Electrical, Instrument or Control Discipline
  • Strong analytical and fault finding skill
