TriRx are seeking a long-term temporary team member to join our fantastic engineering team. Our Mechanical Engineers / Craft team report to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor and will play a pivotal role in providing specialist engineering services to our upper tier COMAH site here in Speke.
What you will do as a Mechanical Engineer / Craftperson
• Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment throughout the Speke site
• Use diagnostic expertise to identify equipment and process issues and identify modes of failure and/or deviations and/or root causes
• Maintain complete records of work orders, datasheets, stores requisition and equipment logs.
• Assisting installation and upgrading of plant equipment to improve reliability and performance.
• Contribute toward the development and improvement of operating procedures and risk assessments.
• Participate in workshop activities that include repair, refurbishment of equipment that will including dismantling and detailed cleaning for overhaul
• Operate and maintain the full range of process control equipment, Use business systems to support admin tasks (Email, HSE tracks and Success factors)
• Execute work, adhering to all legal and TriRx safety standards
• Proactively report EHS issues via our site wide H&S programme, BSafe
• Own your personal development, aim for CI and progress in the organisation
• Act as I brand advocate and apply the TriRx values in everything you do
Essential Criteria for the role of Mechanical Engineer / Craftperson
• A completed and recognised apprenticeship and has obtained NVQ Level 3, ONC or HNC qualification or above in a mechanical discipline
Desirable Criteria for the role of Mechanical Engineer / Craftperson
• Previous experience of working at an upper tier COMAH site
• Previous experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry
